• GCash or PayMaya mobile wallet account reference numbers (we do not store full wallet credentials);
• Bank account details provided for withdrawal processing (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other supported banks);

• Account and Identity Data: Retained for the duration of your account and for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, in compliance with Philippine AML regulations and gaming regulatory requirements.
• Financial and Transaction Data: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of each transaction, as required by the Anti-Money Laundering Act and related regulations.
• Gaming Activity Data: Retained for a minimum of three (3) years from the date of each session, for regulatory compliance and responsible gaming monitoring purposes.

10 Children's Privacy and Age Restriction

The Gamejus platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and above, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. Gamejus does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.

All new accounts are subject to age verification as part of the KYC process. If Gamejus discovers that an account has been registered by a person under 21 years of age, the account will be immediately closed, all funds will be handled in accordance with applicable regulations, and any personal data collected will be deleted as soon as practicable.

11 Cross-Border Data Transfers
