These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and Gamejus ("Gamejus," "we," "us," "our") governing your access to and use of the Gamejus online gaming platform available at gamejus.net. By accessing the platform, creating an account, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
Important: If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Gamejus platform. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
1 Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
- "Platform" means the Gamejus website, mobile site, and any associated applications accessible at gamejus.net.
- "Account" means the registered player account created by you on the Platform.
- "Balance" means the total funds held in your Gamejus Account, including deposited funds and any credited bonus amounts subject to applicable wagering requirements.
- "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by you that are available for wagering and withdrawal, excluding bonus funds subject to wagering conditions.
- "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or bonus amounts credited to your Account by Gamejus subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
- "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn.
- "Game" means any casino-style game, live dealer game, instant game, or slot title available on the Platform.
- "Transaction" means any deposit, withdrawal, wager, or transfer of funds within your Account.
- "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region from which access to and use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law.
2 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Platform, registering an Account, or placing any wager, you confirm that:
- You have read and understood these Terms in full;
- You agree to be legally bound by these Terms and any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published on the Platform, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy;
- You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;
- All information you provide to Gamejus is accurate, complete, and current;
- You understand that online gaming involves financial risk and that you may lose money wagered.
These Terms are effective from the date you first access the Platform or create an Account, whichever is earlier. Gamejus reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
3 Eligibility
To register and maintain an Account on Gamejus, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
- Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This requirement is strictly enforced in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. Gamejus will request government-issued identification to verify your age and identity. Accounts found to be held by persons under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited.
- Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful at the time of play. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is legal in your jurisdiction.
- Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of the Philippines.
- Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by you voluntarily through the Platform or by any regulatory authority.
- Not a Gamejus Employee: Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of Gamejus and its affiliated companies are not eligible to hold a player Account or participate in any promotion.
Gamejus reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension or closure.
4 Account Registration
To access real-money games on the Platform, you must register a Gamejus Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration and maintenance:
- One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one (1) Gamejus Account. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
- Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You must promptly update your Account information if any details change.
- Identity Verification (KYC): Gamejus is required to verify the identity of all Account holders. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued Philippine ID (such as a PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, or UMID), proof of address, and proof of payment method. Accounts that fail to complete verification within the required timeframe may be restricted or closed.
- Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time PIN with any other person. Gamejus will never request your password through any channel.
- Unauthorized Access: You must notify Gamejus immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. Gamejus will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
5 Deposits
The following terms govern deposits made to your Gamejus Account:
- All deposits are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Gamejus does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.
- Accepted deposit methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other methods as displayed on the Platform at the time of deposit. Available methods may change without prior notice.
- Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your Account within minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) banking day to reflect.
- Gamejus does not charge fees on standard deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which Gamejus accepts no responsibility.
- Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed on the deposit page. These limits may vary by payment method and account verification status.
- Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Gamejus will not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party will be reversed and the associated Account may be suspended.
- Gamejus reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, associated with money laundering, or in violation of these Terms.
6 Withdrawals
The following terms govern withdrawal requests from your Gamejus Account:
- Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts registered in your own name and matching the details on your verified Gamejus Account.
- Before any withdrawal is processed, your Account must be fully verified (KYC complete). Unverified accounts may not withdraw funds.
- Withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within two (2) to six (6) hours of approval. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed within one (1) to two (2) banking days.
- Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed on the withdrawal page. Gamejus does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions, though your payment provider's fees may apply.
- Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before wagering requirements are met will result in the forfeiture of those bonus funds.
- Gamejus reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. This may include requesting additional documentation. Gamejus will not be liable for delays caused by verification requirements.
- In cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms, Gamejus reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation.
7 Bonuses & Promotions
Gamejus offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms:
- All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the specific promotion's terms and conditions.
- Bonus funds are credited separately from Real Money Balance. Real Money Balance is used first in all wagers unless otherwise specified.
- Bonuses are available to one Account per person, per household, per IP address, and per device. Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in forfeiture and Account suspension.
- Gamejus reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time. Where possible, reasonable advance notice will be provided.
- Bonuses may only be used on games specified in the promotion terms. Wagering on excluded games will not count toward wagering requirements.
- Maximum bet limits apply when playing with active bonus funds. Bets exceeding the stated maximum while bonus funds are active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
- Gamejus reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and associated winnings if it determines that a bonus was claimed in bad faith or in violation of these Terms.

8 Game Rules & Fair Play
All games available on the Gamejus Platform operate under the following principles:
- All games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, real physical game equipment operated by trained dealers. Game outcomes are genuinely random and not manipulated by Gamejus.
- Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate and reflect the theoretical long-term payout of each game. Individual session results may vary significantly from the stated RTP.
- In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the affected round will be voided and any wager placed will be returned to your Account. Gamejus's decision on technical malfunction disputes is final.
- Game rules for each title are accessible within the game interface. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of any game before placing a wager.
- Gamejus reserves the right to void any wager or game result that it reasonably determines to have been affected by a software error, data feed error, or any other technical fault.
9 Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Gamejus Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities:
- Registering more than one Account or using another person's Account;
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification;
- Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity;
- Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage;
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform;
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes;
- Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to arbitrage betting, matched betting using bonus funds, or systematic exploitation of promotional offers;
- Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or systems;
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing Gamejus staff or other players through any communication channel.
10 Responsible Gaming
Gamejus is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the risk of gambling-related harm. The following tools and policies are in place for all Account holders:
- Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your Account at any time. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a cooling-off period before taking effect.
- Session Time Limits: You may set limits on the duration of your gaming sessions. Gamejus will display session time reminders at regular intervals.
- Self-Exclusion: You may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform at any time. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to access your Account or receive promotional communications.
- Reality Checks: The Platform provides periodic notifications of time spent and amounts wagered during active sessions.

11 Intellectual Property
All content on the Gamejus Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and design elements, is the property of Gamejus or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of Gamejus.
Game content provided by third-party game providers (including Playtech and other licensed suppliers) remains the intellectual property of those providers and is subject to their respective licensing terms.
12 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
- Gamejus provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.
- Gamejus shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, or loss of profits.
- Gamejus shall not be liable for any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform due to technical failures, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
- Gamejus's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
- Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
13 Privacy
Gamejus collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Gamejus will not sell your personal data to third parties. Your data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, identity verification providers, and game suppliers as necessary to operate the Platform and comply with legal obligations.

14 Amendments to These Terms
Gamejus reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, Gamejus will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request withdrawal of your Real Money Balance prior to the effective date.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Gamejus Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact Gamejus in good faith to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. Gamejus will use reasonable efforts to resolve any complaint or dispute within thirty (30) days of receiving written notice.
Gamejus operates within the online gaming regulatory framework of the Philippines. Regulatory complaints may be directed to the appropriate Philippine gaming authority.
